A: You can pay each bill from any Biller on the site. However each bill will need to be paid individually as the reference numbers differ from account to account.

Billers

Q: Can I pay all my bills via this service?
A: Any bills which have the Postbillpay Internet address with the Billpay code and Reference number next to the logo can be paid via this method.

Payments

Q: Who can I pay using the Postbillpay service?
A: You can make payments to any company that participates in the service. Just enter the Billpay code and reference number from the bill with the amount you wish to pay and confirm the details.

Q: Can I make a payment on behalf of someone else?
A: Yes. You can make payments for someone else; for example, a family member who is out of the country for an extended period. All you need do is fill in the details of their bill and the card details in the same way in which you do for your bills.

Q: Do I receive a receipt confirmation number?
A: Yes you do receive a payment ID number which acts as a receipt for your payment transaction.

Credit Cards and Scheme Debit Cards

Q: What types of cards can I use to make payments?
A: You can use any Visa, MasterCard Diners and AMEX cards (depending on the biller requirments) through this service.

Q: How does Postbillpay protect my credit card numbers and payment details from being obtained by someone over the Internet?
A: The Postbillpay Website is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This ensures that your account numbers and payment details are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.
